These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Starboard. For the duration of these terms, the service “Starboard” may also be referred to as the “Service” or the “bot”, created by the developers (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
“You” means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service.
By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound to the Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the service.

The Service must be used only as intended and in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws. Your use of the Service is also subject to Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines . You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service does not violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

We agree to preserve the confidentiality of content shared in your server, and agree that content holding confidential information will not be subject to disclosure by means of bribery or any other unethical practices.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, loss of data, loss of profit, or business interruptions, arising from the use or inability to use the Service, even if we are notified of the possibility of such damages beforehand.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, for any reason and at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
